Sales manager

We are looking for a salesperson for our team at SHERON jewelry store.

Job description, responsibilities and duties:

• actively seeking new business opportunities for selling watches, jewelry, and other retail items
• personal, phone and email communication with customers on a daily basis
• providing expert advice on the selection of watches, jewelry and accessories
• presenting and promoting retail items
• working with a customer database – planning, monitoring and evaluating customer business activities
• building long-term relationships with customers
• sales planning to meet business targets
• ensuring the aesthetics and appearance of the store in accordance with company standards
• working with the company’s cash register and internal software

Employee requirements:

The position is suitable for candidates with education:

• secondary education with a graduation exam
• post-secondary/higher vocational education
• university education – Bachelor’s degree/Master degree

Language requirements:

• Anglický jazyk – intermediate (B2) or German – elementary intermediate (B1)

Other skills:

• Cash register – elementary intermediate
• Microsoft Windows – elementary intermediate
• Microsoft Word – elementary intermediate
• Microsoft Excel – elementary intermediate
• Instagram – elementary intermediate

Personality prerequisites and skills:

• excellent sales skills
• focus on sales
• high-level communication and presentation skills
• experience in the field is an advantage
