We process your personal data to fulfill your request by completing the form at www.sheron.sk as a “Wishlist – more info” (eg inquiries for watches, jewelry or accessories, service information).

We process your personal data for the purpose of ordering goods or services, for issuing and delivering invoices, for withdrawal.

Who do we provide your personal information to?

We provide your personal information, such as name, surname and e-mail, for the technical security of sending e-newsletters to a third country (outside the EU) to the owner of the Mailchimp platform. We provide your personal information in the extent of title, name, surname, private and / or company delivery address, company name and job position to a verified and contractually bound external business partner, an intermediary that provides us with distribution of print magazine by post.

 

How long will we keep your personal information?

We will keep your personal information collected for pre-contractual relations for 10 years.

We will keep personal data collected for the purpose of performance of the contract for the period of validity of the contract and for the necessary period of archiving under the Act on Accounting, 10 years.

We will keep personal information obtained with your consent for 5 years or until your consent is revoked.

We keep camera records for 14 days.
