The biggest advantage of a certified service place compared to a service place without certification is the fact that the spare parts are supplied directly by the producer and there is no necessity to look for them from various suppliers which could result in less precise reparation and a longer time limit for repair.
We have an authorised repair studio for watches directly in our store in Panská Street in Bratislava and we offer standard warranty periods for repairs. Smaller repairs can be done directly on site on the same day; the more complicated ones are carried out in compliance with the time limits regulated by law. Repairs can take longer if it is necessary to wait for spare parts or if the watch has to be sent directly to the producer.
The repairs are carried out exclusively by our own watch maker who has passed special examinations in Switzerland, visited several renowned watch manufactories, does certified trainings yearly and has been dealing with watch repairs for more then thirteen years. In every case it can be stated that with the termination of the warranty period, the customer care does not end. In case of problems with your watch, you can rely on us that we will repair your watch in our authorised service place to its full splendour.
