SHERON Jewelry Stores, which has long been bringing the exclusive watchmaking brand Jaeger LeCoultre to Slovakia, has partnered with this worldwide Haute Horlogerie legend and has together built a team in the horse polo international open Slovakia championship. The championship took place in the first weekend of June in the fairy-tale castle Schloss Ebreichsdorf located only 70 km from Bratislava.
Team SHERON Jaeger LeCoultre finally won fourth place and overall victory belonged to the J & T Banka team. The winner received a traveling silver trophy given to the organizer I. Polo Club Bratislava by devoted partner Hurlingham Polo Club in Buenos Aires on its 115th anniversary occasion.
Beautiful surroundings combined with sunny weather created an excellent atmosphere for guests who admired the majesty of horses and mastery of the riders. Visitors had a chance to admire the iconic Reverso watch dedicated to the polo players, brought to the event by representative brand Jaeger-LeCoultre.
In addition to the exciting tournament, the overall good atmosphere was encouraged by competitions for the most beautiful hat, the most darling dog and the best shot with a polo bat. One attraction was the traditional stomping on the lawn during the breaks of matches, especially when the ladies and children in the audience could assist in correcting imbalanced grass on the pitch. For the youngest, there was a number of fun attractions such as face painting and playground fun.
